The Departement of Administration

The main responsibility of the Department of Administration is to handle horizontal issues, and to make sure that the Ministry is run in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Tasks include internal budgeting and reporting, HR, planning, labour law, ICT and archive. Other issues include internal and external security, health security issues and international relations; including with organizations such as the European Union, Nordic Council of Ministers, World Health Organization, Council of Europe, the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and OECD. The coordination of eHealth issues is also a central responsibility of this Department.

Seksjonen har ansvar for Teknologi, digitalisering, modernisering, forenkling og IT-helse.
