NAWSARH is an acronym for Norwegian All Weather Search and Rescue Helicopter. The NAWSARH Project handles the process of acquiring new search and rescue helicopters for the Norwegian Government. The Ministry of Justice and the Police is responsible for the acquisition process.

 

           

 

Candidates that have passed the Pre-qualification process for delivery of future SAR helicopters for Iceland and Norway

The Ministry of Justice has today (15.2.2012) informed the Candidates that have been Pre-qualified to submit tenders for delivery of future SAR helicopters, together with necessary materials and support services, as replacement of today’s Sea King helicopters.

Prekvalifisering - leveranse av nye redningshelikoptre til erstatning for Sea King

Justis- og beredskapsdepartementet har i dag (15.2.2012) informert interesserte kandidater om hvilke selskaper som er prekvalifisert for å kunne gi tilbud på levering av nye rednings­helikoptre med tilhørende utstyr og vedlikeholdsløsninger til erstatning for dagens Sea King.

Changes in the NAWSARH Project

Due to changes in his son’s position within a potential supplier for procurement of new SAR- helicopters, the Ministry of Justice has concluded that project leader Kjell Jacob Johannessen will be disqualified to participate in the procurement process as long as this supplier is involved in the acquisition.

Endring i NAWSARH prosjektledelse

Som følge av endringer i sin sønns posisjon hos en aktuell leverandør for anskaffelsen av nye redningshelikoptre, har Justisdepartementet kommet til at prosjektleder Kjell Jacob Johannessen er å anse som inhabil så lenge denne leverandøren er aktuell i forbindelse med helikopteranskaffelsen.
