White paper: Climate for Research

The Government will systematically commit to research in the years to come and will contribute to an increased focus on research results and what our society wants to achieve with our research spending. A one-sided debate on funding and goals for this funding does not aid Norwegian research. There is a definite need for the creation of clear cut policy goals within prioritized areas.
