Alle skal ha mulighet til å drive friluftsliv som en positiv aktivitet for helse og trivsel både i nærmiljøet og ute i naturen.

  • Barn og unge skal gis mulighet til å utvikle ferdigheter i friluftsliv
  • Områder av verdi for friluftsliv skal sikres

Markalov

Rundt 1,2 millioner mennesker har Marka som nærmeste større turområde. Området er av uvurderlig verdi for friluftsliv, naturopplevelse og idrett. Marka strekker seg over 19 kommuner i fem fylker. Markaloven vil ivareta dette unike området i et langsiktig perspektiv.

Saker etter markaloven

Her finner du Miljøverndepartementets avgjørelser i saker om tillatelse til oppstart av planarbeid i Marka. Arbeid med arealdel av kommuneplan eller reguleringsplan som vedrører Marka, kan bare igangsettes etter tillatelse fra departementet.
