Administration of the State's Ownership Interests
The Ownership Department, within the Ministry of Trade and Industry, manages the interests in state-owned commercially oriented companies. Important exceptions are Statoil (Ministry of Petroleum and Energy) and Kommunalbanken (Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development).
