Norway initiated the Energy+ Partnership in 2011, and provides the secretariat for the Energy+ partnership. The Secretariat provides overall guidance and coordination, while technical and analytical work is generally carried out by the Energy+ Technical Working Group core team. The Secretariat encourages all partners in the Energy+ Partnership to active participation in development of the initiative.
The Energy+ secretariat is based at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
