The Government intends to work against racism and for a tolerant, multi-cultural society. Everyone should have the same rights, responsibilities and opportunities, regardless of ethnic background, gender, religion, sexual orientation or functional ability.
Diversity makes Norway a richer society. We intend to invest in people by giving them the opportunity to develop and learn in kindergartens, in primary and secondary schools, in higher education, and further and continuing education and through research
