"Fire Control System 2000" and Bofors 40 mm anti-aircraft
guns. One battery consists of 4 firing units (self defence
anti-aircraft forces). There are 2 such batteries on these
air bases, organized as one unit.

The Air Forces anti-aircraft forces main task is to maintain the defence of
important airports. The anti-aircraft forces are organized in a network of
anti-aircraft systems with different properties. The most important airports
have anti-aircraft missiles with medium range, NASAMS, short range anti-aircraft missiles (RB70) and anti-aircraft guns (L70).
