Prosjektet "Redningshelikopteranskaffelsen" håndterer prosessen med å skaffe nye redningshelikoptre for den norske regjeringen. Justis- og politidepartementet er ansvarlig for prosessen. Prosjektet har en egen, engelskspråklig nettside - www.nawsarh.dep.no. NAWSARH er en forkortelse for Norwegian All Weather Search and Rescue Helicopter. 

          
 

 

     

Prekvalifisering - leveranse av nye redningshelikoptre til erstatning for Sea King

Justis- og beredskapsdepartementet har i dag (15.2.2012) informert interesserte kandidater om hvilke selskaper som er prekvalifisert for å kunne gi tilbud på levering av nye rednings­helikoptre med tilhørende utstyr og vedlikeholdsløsninger til erstatning for dagens Sea King.

Acquisition of backup service capacity for Sea King

The acquisition of backup capacity from a civil SAR- helicopter service provider based on the whitepaper St.prp. 80 S (2010-2011) will be performed by the Norwegian armed forces, thus have no directly link to the NAWSARH project.

The 2nd NAWSARH Industry day will be open to RFI respondents 23 June 0800 – 1300

The 2nd NAWSARH Industry day will be held the 23rd and the 24th June 2009 in NAWSARH project office in Stavanger, Flyplassveien 190, Stavanger Lufthavn, Norway. The industry day will mainly focus on Helicopter manufacturers, who have received a special invitation. The first day, the project will present general information, which may be of common interest.

The NAWSARH Project and Transparency International Norway

Transparency International Norway (TI-N) is an organisation renowned for promoting transparency in public procurement. The project will consult with TI-N from time to time on transparency issues in the project. This will not commit TI-N in any way. TI-N will not receive remuneration from the project.

Introduction

Norway has successfully operated a Search and Rescue Helicopter Service for more than 35 years. The Sea King helicopters have been in service from the very beginning, and are now due for replacement. The planned replacement will take place by 2015. Norway is planning to acquire 10 – 12 new all weather search and rescue helicopters.

Cooperation on new rescue helicopters

Iceland and Norway have signed a cooperation agreement concerning the acquisition of new rescue helicopters. Cooperation with Iceland will ensure better emergency preparedness in the North Atlantic and be advantageous with regard to pricing and development of equipment.

Kick-off for the NAWSARH project

I would like to welcome you all to this kick-off for the NAWSARH project. The Project is called the NAWSARH project (Norwegian All Weather Search and Rescue Helicopter project), which indicates that this is a huge and most challenging job on behalf of our society.
