Several Norwegian institutions work with renewable energy in developing countries.  

The Clean Energy for Development Initiative is an important part of the Norwegian Development Assistance. 

The Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries (Norfund) invests in establishment and development of profitable and sustainable enterprises in developing countries.

Energy+ cooperates with Intpow (Norwegian Renewable Energy Partners) to encourage interest among Norwegian renewable energy players for investments in developing countries.
