Air services negotiations with the Russian Federation

Norway will, together with Denmark and Sweden, hold air services negotiations with the Russian Federation on 28 and 29 June 2016 in Oslo.
The main purpose of the negotiations is to modernize the existing air services agreements between the Scandinavian countries and the Russian Federation. The discussions will also include overflights, both within and outside the framework of the agreements.
EU and EEA carriers licensed according to Council Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 (previously Regulation (EEC) No 2407/92) and established in Norway are welcome to submit comments regarding these negotiations to the Ministry of Transport and Communications by contacting:
