Norway concerned about political violence in Uganda

'Norway is concerned about the political violence in the electoral campaigns in Uganda, and I offer my condolences to the victims. In line with the High Representative of EU Josep Borrell Fontelles, Norway urges the Government of Uganda to ensure safety and security to all candidates and their followers', Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide said.
