"Norway strongly condemns the attacks on the US embassy in Baghdad and coalition forces in Kirkuk. It is the responsibility of the Iraqi government to ensure the protection and safety of diplomatic missions in Iraq", the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide says on twitter.
