Greenpeace Norden and Natur og Ungdom (Nature and Youth) have filed a lawsuit against the Norwegian Government claiming that the award of production licenses in the 23. licensing round violates Norwegian law. The Government disputes this and has submitted its defence to the Oslo District Court.
