New Minister of Defence is Ine Eriksen Søreide. New State Secretary is Øystein Bø. New Political Adviser is Audun Halvorsen. Following the resignation tendered by Jens Stoltenberg’s second government October 14, the King in a Council of State session October 16 accepted the resignation. At the same time, the King appointed Erna Solberg’s government to take over.
