Three new ambassadors to Norway presented their letters of credence to His Majesty King Harald V on 7 March 2019.

The three were ambassador of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Ms Jennifer Lartey, ambassador of the Republic of Zambia, H.E. Ms Rose Mulemba Salukatula (resident in Stockholm) and ambassador of the Republic of Mali, H.E. Ms Oumou Sall-Seck (resident in Berlin).
