Prime Minister to inform the Storting on Monday

On Monday 14 October at approximately 10.40, Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg will ask for the floor in the Storting after the presentation of the budget proposal, to inform the Storting that his government will tender its resignation. This will take place in an extraordinary session of the Council of State the same day, at the Royal Palace on Monday 14 October at 13.00.
On Monday 14 October at approximately 10.40, Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg will ask for the floor in the Storting after the presentation of the budget proposal, to inform the Storting that his government will tender its resignation. This will take place in an extraordinary session of the Council of State the same day, at the Royal Palace on Monday 14 October at 13.00.
There will be no photo session with the outgoing government outside the Royal Palace on Monday 14 October. This will take place on the day when the change of government will take place.
On Monday 14 October at 14.00 the Prime Minister will give a press conference on the change of government, in the Press Room at Government Guest House. Press with valid press card will be let in from 13.00, at Riddervolds gate 2.
