In today’s session of the Council of State, the King has made two changes among the state secretaries from 4 January 2010

In today’s session of the Council of State, the King has made two changes among the state secretaries from 4 January 2010:

  • Ms. Elisabeth Walaas has been honourably discharged from her office as state secretary to Minister of Foreign Affairs Jonas Gahr Støre
  • Mr. Erik Lahnstein has been honourably discharged from his office as state secretary to Minister of Transport and Communications Magnhild Meltveit Kleppa, and has been appointed as state secretary to Minister of Foreign Affairs Jonas Gahr Støre

The Government represents the Labour Party (Lab.), the Socialist Left Party (Soc.) and the Centre Party (Cent.). The list of state secretaries will from 4 January 2010 be as follows:
