'With EU embassies in Israel Norway voiced our grave concern about the Israeli decision to expand the Givat Hamatos settlement on the West Bank', the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide said.
'We consider settlements to violate international law and an obstacle to a negotiated two-state-solution', the Minister said.
