Travel advice regarding Istanbul/Turkey
On 15 and 20 November there were several bomb attacks in Istanbul, killing and injuring a large number of people. There have also been previous attacks in Ankara and Izmir. Travellers should therefore be extremely vigilant, especially in places where large numbers of people tend to congregate.
