State Secretary Kyrre Lekve (Socialist Left Party)

Kyrre Lekve is State Secretary for The Minister of Education - responsible for tertiary education and research.

2009-  State Secretary to the Minister of Research and Higher Education, Mrs. Tora Aasland (SV).

2007-2009      Political adviser to the Minister of Research and Higher Education, Mrs. Tora Aasland (SV).

2004-2007:     Senior advisor at Abelia, Business Association of Norwegian knowledge- and technology based enterprises. Part of the NHO (Norwegian Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry).

2001-2004:     Post Doctoral researcher at the University of Oslo, Department of Biology, Centre for Ecological and Evolutionary Synthesis (CEES).

Various consultant assignments of science books.

2003:              Engaged to write an EU Infrastructure project proposal: MarEGene

1997-1998:     Research position with Professor Nils Chr. Stenseth, Department of Biology, Division of zoology, University of Oslo. Member of the Board of Department of Biology
