Energy is a topic that is being discussed in relation to sustainable development, in relation to the new development agenda after 2015, and the Sustainable Energy for All (SE4All) initiative was launched by the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. All these efforts illustrate how energy has become an important topic of discussions in international development forums, and here some of them are gathered.
