Change among the political advisers

The Office of the Prime Minister has as of 3 June 2013 appointed Mr. Jan Christian Vestre (26), manager, Oslo, as political adviser to Minister of Trade and Industry Trond Giske. He will succeed Mr. Torstein Tvedt Solberg, who will leave the post on 7 June.

Vestre comes from a post as manager at Vestre AS, and is a law student at the University of Oslo. He has previously been political adviser at the Labour Party’s parliamentary group, and a member of the central board of  AUF, the Labour Party’s youth organization.
