'I welcome agreement on unimpeded, sustained and secure access for humanitarian aid in Tigray, Ethiopia', said Norway’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide.
'We are concerned about reports of acute shortage of food, medicine and relief. Safe passage of staff and aid to all people in need is vital. Parties must respect International humanitarian law', the Minister said.
