'It's Important that the UN Security Council remains united and has sent a clear message to military in Myanmar', Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms Ine Eriksen Søreide said.
The Presidential statement is strongly condemning violence against peaceful protestors, including women, youth and children. It is calling for immediate release of those in arbitrary detention and expresses support to democratic transition in Myanmar.
