Carter Center has published a report from the Norwegian Internet voting trials in 12 municipalities at the Parliamentary Elections of 2013.
The Carter Center was invited to observe the Internet voting trials of the Norwegian Parliamentary Elections of 2013. In response to the invitation, the Center decided to deploy a one-person Expert Study Mission in close coordination with a separate mission deployed by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe/ Office for
Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR).
