Lars Jacob Hiim (Conservative Party) is Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation. Prior to this he held a position as State Secretary in The Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. He has previously served as a director in the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and State Secretary in the Ministry of Climate and Environment. Hiim is a graduate lawyer from the University of Oslo, and has also worked as a trainee lawyer. Hiim is married to the Minister of Labour and Social Affair, Ms Anniken Hauglie. They have two children.
