Recommendations on the company Siemens AG, 2007 - 2012

The Ministry of Finance has decided to place the German company Siemens AG under observation due to the severe and systematic corruption in the company.
The Council on Ethics recommended the company for exclusion the 15th of November 2007. Please find the recommendation here.
