There are 400 appoved In the Farmyard farms located all over Norway. These offer services related to the farm, the rustic way of life and the work that sustains it.
Participants can engage in meaningful, practical tasks, physical activities, closeness to nature, stimulation of the senses, loveable animals, productive work, the cycle of seasons, great food and fellowship.
The In the Farmyard program has something to offer all levels of function and age, and supplies programs mainly in the sectors Youth and Education, Work and Work Experience, as well as Health Care (e.g. for persons with handicaps, psychic health issues, drug related problems or patients with dementia in need of day activities, etc.).
