10.15 -10.30 Reporting and First Level Control: Who does what and how does it work? v/Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat • What is the documentation flow, tools available - BAMOS; what is the process – who does what, when?
10.30 – 11.30 Reporting and eligibility per budget lines: The Programme Rules /Fact Sheets v/Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat • Budget line I: Going through the partner report and then BAMOS sections of the project progress report • Budget line II: Going through the partner report and then BAMOS sections of the project progress report.
11.30-11.45 Refreshment Break.
11.45 – 12.15 Public procurement according to the Norwegian national regulations v/Mojtaba Yarmohammadi, Ministry of Local government and modernization.
