OECD Food and Agricultural Innovation Review of Norway
Inception seminar (25th November 2019)

OECD Food and Agricultural Innovation Review of Norway is part of the series of in-depth country reviews following the OECD Agro-Food Productivity-Sustainability-Resilience Policy Framework. It is undertaken with support and in close co-operation with Ministry of Agriculture and Food and is expected to be finalized by the end of 2020. This Review will examine Norway’s broad policy environment and conditions in which businesses operate and undertake innovation in the agriculture and food sectors to enhance the productivity, sustainability and resilience of the sector.

This seminar poses a set of questions designed to provoke the discussion and help the Secretariat identify the main policy issues to be addressed during the Review. The objective is to facilitate the informal discussion with the officials and stakeholders this inception seminar in Oslo on the 25th November, and during the first consultation mission. The questions are not intended to obtain official answers, but to find the honest vision and assessment of experts and stakeholders.
