The law should be applicable prospectively and NOT retrospectively
It is imperative thatmany people havealready excited or are close to comp exploration three years in Norway with the hopes of becoming permanent residents and feeling more at home and wll integrated in Norway. A new law applicable on people Who are looking forward to be permanent residents in just a few months will discourage people and makethem insecure about Reviews their association to Norway. Yes, this is a good law and should be enacted but people should be made aware conciously Of These changes prior to themselve making a choice of moving / working in Norway and not be met with unwelcomed surprises When they are hoping That Reviews their three years of commitment , hardwork and struggle is about two bear fruit.
