Høringssvar fra Ka Ying Lau

i hope the new law only applies to those who apply for permanent residency after year 2015. I think it's not fair for the new law to apply to those who have already applied for permanent residency. It affects especially those who have kids and reunite with norwegian husband or wife here in Norway.
