In my opinion thisi s very unfair for those poeple who paid taxes from the first day. My son has gone to school here and learned Norwegian from the first day and if we don't get the PR, then his future will be unclear. I have to say that I have lived here for last 2.5 years. This must apply to poeple who will land to Norway from the decision date.
