I think the suggested changes to the electoral rules are riduculous and non-inclusive of 'foreign' residents on Svalbard. This is more often than not during circumstances that negatively impact us 'foreigners'.

I would like to have the right to vote on what happens in my home town. I believe that these changes to the rules will negatively impact society in Longyearbyen and make it even less inclusive than it is now for foreign residents.
