I fail to see how staying in a quarantine hotel where I will come into contact with multiple people is safer than quarantining with my partner at his home and my future home. Especially considering that I will have a negative test done 72hr before I arrive and will happily take another test at the airport.

I feel like the group of loved ones is now being used for the Norwegian government to save face. Every other group has been given exemptions from the rules, including foreign workers who time and again have proven to be a main cause of infection spread from overseas.

These measures are having serious effects on people's mental health and I ask that you consider alternatives for those who have safe places to quarantine and also consider increasing testing to possibly lower the time needed in hotels.
