State Secretary Aase Marthe J. Horrigmo (Conservative Party)

Aase Marthe J. Horrigmo was appointed State Secretary to the Minister of Local Government and Modernisation Monica Mæland on 17 January 2018.

Biography

Aase Marthe J. Horrigmo was appointed as State Secretary to the Minister of Local Government and Modernisation in January 2018. Prior to her new appointment she was political adviser to the Mayor of Kristiansand.

Horrigmo holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Oslo. She has previously worked as a research and senior analyst, and has written feature articles on a regular basis for “Kommunal Rapport” and “Stat og styring”, among others.
