Department of Public Employer Policy
The Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance is responsible for government employer policy. The Department of Public Employer Policy manages and develops laws and regulations, agreements, administrative provisions, general conditions etc for the government's personnel and employer policy. This responsibility includes drawing up the framework for the execution and development of the function as employer in state entities.
The department also makes the policies for supporting the development of leaders, employees and management of human resources within the state entities.
Within its areas of responsibility, the department also has international tasks.
