Marte Ingul (Labour Party) was appointed Acting State Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Public Security on 21 August 2026. From 12 January 2026 until this appointment, she served as State Secretary to the Minister of Digitalisation and Public Administration.

Ingul is currently on leave from her position as Executive Vice President at Amedia.

From 2015 to 2021, Ingul served as Executive Secretary in the Office of the Governing Mayor of Oslo (Labour Party), including two years as Chief of Staff to Governing Mayor Raymond Johansen.

Ingul is originally from Bergen and has professional experience from Bangalore, New Delhi and Brussels. She holds a degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen and American University in Washington, D.C., and an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
