Hanne-Berit Brekken from Kyrksæterøra was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. She served as deputy mayor of Aure municipality from 2015 to 2019 and served as mayor from 2019 until she was appointed State Secretary. Since 2023 she has served as leader for Møre og Romsdal Labour Party.
