The Ministry of Justice and Public Security makes reference here to its general power of instruction as well as section 76 of the Act of 15 May 2008 No. 35 relating to the ad-mission of foreign nationals into the realm and their stay here (Immigration Act), which authorises the Ministry to issue general instructions to the Directorate of Immigration on matters relating to legal interpretation, exercise of discretion and prioritisation of cases.
