The Commission on Extremism was appointed by Royal Decree on 10 June 2022 with the objective of generating and analysing knowledge and making recommendations to improve Norway’s ability to prevent radicalisation and the rise of extremism.
The report is an important source for the Norwegian Government’s white paper which will be presented to the Norwegian parliament in spring 2025.
This pamphlet is a condensed presentation of the Commission’s main findings and its 41 recommendations to the Norwegian government.
