“I condemn today’s terrorist attack in Istanbul in the strongest terms possible,” Minister of Foreign Affairs Børge Brende said. “Turkey once again has been struck by an act of terrorism victimising innocent civilians. My thoughts and sympathies are with the people directly affected and with their families.”

The terrorist attack took place this morning on a central shopping street, Istiklal, in Istanbul. A number of fatalities and injuries have been reported.
