'I am deeply concerned by the arrest of opposition leader Alexei Navalny. We hold the Russian authorities responsible for his well-being and fundamental rights', the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide said.
'Russia must disclose the circumstances surrounding the poisoning of Navalny, with the nerve agent Novichok, as documented by the OPCW', the Minister said.
