KFOR (5) - Norway's role as Lead Nation

Lieutenant General Thorstein Skiaker on 6 April 2001 took up his post as Commander KFOR by virtue of his position as the NATO commander at Joint Headquarters North located at Jåtta, Stavanger. Norway has therefore taken on the responsibility as Lead Nation.
