The Government gives priority to preventing and combating domestic violence by working for a more secure, just and egalitarian society.

In line with its policy platform, the Government will continue, intensify and improve the work against domestic violence.

The measures in this action plan will be implemented in 2012, and some of them have a time limit that extends beyond the period of the plan.
