Letter of condolence from Prime Minister Erna Solberg to the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe, after the attacks in Sri Lanka, 21.04.19.
Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
I would like to extend my sincere condolences to you and the people of Sri Lanka.
Our thoughts and heartfelt sympathies go out to the families and friends of all those who died in the horrific terror attacks carried out on Easter Day, as well as to those who were injured or otherwise affected.
We strongly condemn these senseless attacks on worshippers and visitors to your beautiful country. The attacks are a powerful reminder of the importance of international efforts to eliminate all forms of violent extremism.
