Reports on improving the performance of competition policy

The Ministry has received the reports from two external R&D-projects being part of the work to improve the performance of the competition policy.

The first project deals with the application of indicators in order to assess competition policy effects, and the second project deals with the evaluation of effects due to the Norwegian Competition Authority’s enforcement actions.

The Ministry has not made its final conclusions on either the content of the two external reports, or how to follow them up. The Ministry will together with the Norwegian Competition Authority consider the two external reports’ recommendations.
