"I congratulate Boris Tadic and the Social Democrats after their victory in Serbia's presidential elections. The election demonstrates that Serbs have chosen cooperation rather than isolation, which bodes well for Serbia's further development. I look forward to continue my cooperation with President Tadic", Stoltenberg told Norwegian news agency NTB.
