New political advisor in NHD

The Office of the Prime Minister has from 8 September appointed Ms. Fride Solbakken (37), manager, Hafrsfjord, as political advisor to Minister of Trade and Industry Sylvia Brustad.

Fride Solbakken comes from the post as manager of information and development with Ipark AS in Stavanger. She has previously worked at the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund and the Norwegian Association of Students. She represents the Labour Party in Rogaland County Council and is member of the board of Stavanger Labour Party. Solbakken has studied criminology, culture management and social science at the University of Oslo and Stavanger University College.
